Dream Builders came out to give me estimate probably a month ago for a Trex deck.

They offered to do some stuff and they threw it in kind of as an added bonus for us and we appreciated that. He was willing to go above and beyond. He is going to wrap the bottom posts in white frost where the other guys didn't even mention that. He's going to put the lights on the stairs as well. He was going to do the hidden fasteners on the deck so we wouldn't even see them and we liked all that. He is bowing out the deck for us which we really liked as well. Nick is the owner. I've told a couple of people that we really liked him and he was very honest. He showed us his previous work and also showed us some stone patios that he worked on because we were considering a stone patio as well. He was very nice and went out of the box a little bit with what we wanted to do. He didn't just come in and give us a quote. He really cared about what we wanted.

Nick was excellent to work with. He built a brand new deck behind our home and it looks fantastic. He was very easy to work with and we would definitely hire him again. We could not be happier with the final product.

Dream Builders built a 509-square foot custom composite deck. Nick was very on point and professional. He showed up on time for our first appointment.  He knew exactly what I wanted and a few days later, he sent me the drawing.  It was indeed awesome. I didn't realize that Trex would be so expensive so instead of having my deck built the width of the house, we had to shorten it by 100 feet in order to stay in budget. Nick didn't mind redoing the drawing (2 or 3 times), as long as I was happy.  I was so unsure of whether to get stairs or not, but he worked with me and it was exactly what I wanted. The job took a little longer than we thought because they had to wait for supplies to be delivered. When the job was done, they cleaned up and Rob came by on the last day and power washed the deck. I'm very impressed and looking forward to many years enjoying my Trex deck and not having to worry about maintenance, just some soap and water and hose it down.
