2 Year Craftsmanship Warranty
Dream Builders will fix any deck problems that are directly related to craftsmanship of your deck, screened porch, sunroom, etc. For issues that that occur due to material defects and/or natural warping, shrinking, cracking, etc., repairs will not be covered but can be remedied for an additional fee.
10 Year Structural Warranty
Dream Builders will replace and/or repair any structural issues to the framework and supports that are unrelated to material defects.
