With our roof installations, we provide a 5-year workmanship warranty. If you notice any problems with your roof, such as leaking, we will come out for an inspection to determine the cause. Dream Builders will remedy any roofing issues that were caused by our workmanship. For issues caused by material defects, those items will be covered under the GAF warranty (see below).

This is a common occurrence with both treated and untreated lumber, and it is something that homeowner’s should expect during the life of the deck. To reduce or prevent these issues from happening, regular maintenance, such as sealing/resealing, removing debris, etc. should be performed.

GAF Asphalt Shingles
All roof replacements performed by Dream Builders includes a GAF Weather Stopper System Plus Warranty. This is a 50 year non prorated manufacturer defects warranty that includes warranty coverage for all GAF materials and Labor. Also included is a 5-year Workmanship coverage by Dream Builders. All roof replacements are installed per GAF instructions and in correlation with VA building codes and backed by North America’s largest roofing manufacturer GAF.
